Through-Life Support
Critical maritime technology has to be maintained to ensure availability. To minimise downtime, it is essential to give on-board staff the resources and training to rectify problems as they occur. If that doesn't fix it then additional resources ashore in the form of skilled, experienced support engineers, remote connectivity and replacement parts are needed.
